All orders are shipped using Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery
Please ensure the correct amount is available at delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled
Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges

7. Order Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to:

Refuse delivery if the package appears damaged or opened

Once payment is made and the order is accepted, it is considered successfully delivered and subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect phone numbers

9. Failed or Refused Deliveries

Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in:

Order cancellation
Restriction or blocking of future orders
